The Paris street in Gonesse is one of the oldest streets in the city. This condominium is located in the historic centre dating from the 18th century.

The main façade on the street presented important disorders.

The project consisted of purging the plaster from the facade, repairing the dilapidated roof that caused significant water damage, strengthening the lintels, and renovating the West gable on a very damaged courtyard.
