The building of this condominium was in very poor condition, our intervention occurred just before the building was declared in danger.

The blind gable of building B was in the process of detaching itself from the rest of the structure, causing significant cracks in the facade, and inside at the level of the stairwell.

The project and the works were intended to repair and heavily reinforce the built structure before the building was given a facelift with lime plaster.
