Located in the upper part of the Belleville district, this late 19th century condo had several degradations. The facade, became permeable over time because of sealing problems. With the stagnation of water, the blindfolds and the windows sills were deteriorated.

The work consisted in repairing the half-timbered structure (degraded or missing) which weakened the sustainability of the structure.

The facade was then restored with lime plaster.
